A hot new topic in mobile is Progressive Web Apps. This is basically web applications that are created in a way to operate like a regular (native) app you’re used to on your phone.
This basically means you can just add a shortcut to the website and it will appear on your homescreen. This looks like it will dramatically change the app market and also take away the large margins from the AppStore and Google play stores.
